In this role, you won’t be cold calling or knocking on doors. Instead, you’ll work with a steady flow of qualified clients who have already requested information about protecting their mortgage or financial future.

What You’ll Do

Learn and implement our proven mortgage protection sales system

Connect with homeowners who have requested information about protecting their mortgage

Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom or phone to understand clients’ needs

Educate families on mortgage protection, life insurance, and related financial solutions

Recommend coverage options that align with clients’ financial goals and budgets

Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the process

Work alongside leadership and team members to deliver a positive client experience

Achieve performance benchmarks that unlock higher income and advancement opportunities

Participate in weekly virtual trainings and team meetings

Build and maintain a long-term client base using company-provided and self-generated leads

Ideal Candidate

Background in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles preferred (not required)

Comfortable using technology and conducting virtual appointments

Strong communicator who can build trust with clients quickly

Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

Professional presence on Zoom and over the phone

Passionate about helping families protect their homes and financial future

Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check

Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection

Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one within 7–10 days (training provided)

Ability to accommodate client schedules, including some evenings or weekends
