Content Analyst I - Marketing Communications
Major Purpose Coordinates, develops and maintains web sites that provide valuable information and tools and serve internal and external customers. Ensures a quality presentation of written and graphical web content, a positive web visitor experience and a competitive web presence in the marketplace.
Major Duties • Collate and summarize information for use in developing content and write first drafts of straightforward content for print or websites. • Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design. • Help others get the most out of external communications systems by offering support and advice. • Provide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns. • Assist in the management of brand(s) by implementing brand plans and guidelines and measuring effectiveness. • Help others get the most out of internal communications systems by offering support and advice. • Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate. • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

This position is not responsible for authoring or owning content, but instead ensures that approved product data and technical content are accurately structured, formatted, maintained, and published within content management and product information systems.This role plays a critical part in powering downstream dealer- and customer-facing digital experiences by translating stakeholder-authored content into structured, system-ready data that supports accuracy, consistency, and scalability across regions and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the population, maintenance, and publishing of product and technical content within Product Information Management (PIM) systems and Content Management Systems (CMS).Coordinate and manage digital work items to support launches, updates, and ongoing maintenance of product information.Structure, organize, and connect content elements (features, specifications, compatibility, digital assets, etc.) to support complete and accurate product pages.Perform light editing for clarity, formatting, grammar, and consistency across product lines, model series, and page structures Publish approved changes to live digital environments, understanding the downstream impact and ensuring accuracy prior to release.Monitor site quality and compliance with enterprise standards, accessibility guidelines (ADA/WCAG), SEO best practices, and platform requirements.Utilize quality assurance tools to identify issues, escalate when necessary, and support resolution.Collaborate with product marketing and global marketing teams to execute stakeholder-requested digital changes.Support global digital content operations across multiple regions and languages, as applicable.Create, update, and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and process guidance to support team consistency and scalability.Track multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting defined timelines and service-level expectations.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience working in Content Management Systems (e.g., OpenText TeamSite, CoreMedia, Adobe, WordPress, or similar).Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms (e.g., inRiver, Akeneo, Plytix, or similar).Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage structured data accurately across complex systems.Ability to learn and navigate complex technical platforms quickly.Experience handling multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Basic proficiency with Adobe tools (e.g., Photoshop).Familiarity with Agile or Kanban-based workflows.What Makes You Stand OutExperience supporting large-scale or global digital platforms.Familiarity with SiteImprove or similar tools for QA, accessibility, and SEO validation.Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, documentation, or training materials.Strong communication skills and comfort working across business units and technical teams.Curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with interest in improving tools, processes, and documentation over time.
