Role Summary :
We are seeking a
Mantl Expert
to lead the implementation of the Mantl digital account opening platform, enabling seamless consumer and commercial deposit onboarding for Ford Credit.
Responsibilities :
Configure Mantl workflows for retail and commercial deposit account onboarding.
Integrate Mantl with Fiserv DNA core and Alloy identity verification.
Customize UX flows, document capture, and e-signature processes.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and disclosures.
Optimize conversion rates and digital onboarding KPIs.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and compliance teams.
Experience Requirement :
5+ years’ experience in digital banking and onboarding platforms.
Proven Mantl implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of retail/commercial deposit operations.
