Internet Sales Manager – Whiteface Ford
Location: Hereford, TX Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed) Compensation: Commission-Based | $65K – $125K+ What's In It For You

You'd be walking into a dealership with over 440,000 social media followers and content that regularly hits millions of views. The leads are already coming in — your job is to work them and close them. $65K – $125K+ earning potential. No cap on your income. The harder you work, the more you make. What You'll Do
Respond to all internet leads quickly — phone, email, text, and chat Follow up with leads at every stage, from first inquiry through purchase Build rapport with online customers and convert them into showroom appointments Provide accurate pricing, vehicle information, and availability Maintain digital vehicle inventory across online platforms Track all customer interactions and lead activity in the CRM Coordinate with the sales floor for a seamless online-to-in-person handoff What We're Looking For
Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone, email, and text Self-motivated with relentless follow-up habits Organized and detail-oriented Proficient with CRM systems and comfortable with technology Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license with a clean record About Whiteface Ford
