As we continue to grow our U.S. presence, we are looking for an experienced Management Consultant with a strong track record from another leading management consultancy to join our Raleigh office and help build our Commercial Strategy & Transformation practice.

The Role: Driving Commercial Impact That Lasts You will play a central role in developing our commercial consulting footprint in the U.S., working closely with senior client stakeholders and leading high‑impact engagements across industries.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and delivering complex commercial strategy and transformation engagements

Managing senior stakeholders across client organizations

Designing and implementing:

Growth strategies and market entry approaches

Brand and value proposition strategies

Go‑to‑market models and commercial operating models

Sales excellence and performance acceleration programs

Customer‑centric transformation initiatives

Digital customer engagement and lead generation strategies

Facilitating executive workshops to co‑create actionable solutions

Building long‑term client relationships and expanding our U.S. network

Contributing actively to business development and practice growth

Coaching and developing consultants on and off projects

You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — ensuring that ideas are not only sound, but successfully implemented.

What You Bring We are looking for an experienced consultant who combines analytical rigor with strong commercial intuition and leadership maturity.

Experience from another reputable management consultancy

several years of consulting experience, preferablyin Commercial Strategy, Growth, or Transformation

A strong track record of managing large, complex client engagements

Proven experience in building and nurturing senior client relationships

Beyond experience, you:

Combine analytical sharpness with high emotional intelligence

Thrive in ambiguity and take ownership end‑to‑end

Are entrepreneurial and motivated by building something — not just delivering projects

Requirements

Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic results

Authorization to work in the U.S.

Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check
