Weare seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Building Sales Executiveto identify, market, and sell commercial properties. This role involvesbuilding strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and managingthe sales process from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate isconfident, organized, and experienced in commercial real estate transactions.

KeyResponsibilities

Identify and develop newbusiness opportunities in commercial property sales

Prospect and buildrelationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients

Conduct property evaluationsand market analysis to determine competitive pricing

List and market commercialbuildings through various channels

Arrange property viewings andclient meetings

Prepare and present proposals,financial summaries, and sales agreements

Negotiate terms and close salestransactions

Coordinate with legal, finance,and compliance teams to ensure smooth closings

Maintain accurate records ofleads, client interactions, and sales activity

Stay updated on local markettrends, zoning regulations, and property laws

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business,Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience in commercialreal estate sales or property sales

Strong negotiation andcommunication skills

Ability to analyze financialdata and market trends

Self-motivated with a strongsales mindset

Real estate license (requiredwhere applicable)
