We have a vacancy for a
Layout Designer. The aim of the role is to help produce guidance documentation for use by all offices. It also ensures compliance with Brand and works closely with a Design Manager, supporting with feasibilities for land acquisition. The post could be based from any of our offices at Bedford, Solihull, Bury St Edmunds or Exeter. Duties include
: Working towards an urban design masterplan project R esearch into relevant technical urban design and planning issues Using InDesign and Illustrator to produce brochures and documents Creating portfolios of design work Preparing t esting layouts, plans and drawings, together with design documents S upporting regional offices and d eveloping stakeholder relationship s Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes operate across four regions in England, we’re committed to making a positive difference in the local areas we build new homes. Degree in Architecture, Urban Designor equivalent Excellent design skills with an ability to resolve diverse technical requirements Superb presentation skills across a range of audiences Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes operate across four regions in England, we’re committed to making a positive difference in the local areas we build new homes.
