You are organized, driven, a true team‑player and thrive on creativity. If so, you have the potential to excel in

the Syneos Health Corporate Affairs Summer Internship Program.

The Corporate Affairs Practice

builds and manages an organization’s reputation and relationships, both internally and externally by connecting with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, policy makers and the public. The practice brings together a range of expertise including media and executive visibility, financial comms, policy, value and access, reputation and risk management, scientific storytelling, social impact, health equity and more.

At

Syneos Health , you will work with innovative thinkers who understand the world’s most pressing healthcare challenges. Explorers at heart, we take a human approach to understanding and collaboratively solving our clients’ communications needs.

The Corporate Affairs Practice is guided by 5 core values:

Win As One : We create better outcomes by working across skill sets, pods, partner agencies and client partners.

Lead with Connection : Relationships are more than rapport — they are our foundation. We take time to truly understand who someone is, what they want, and what they’re navigating — whether it’s a client, colleague, or partner.

Grow Relentlessly : As experts, we challenge ourselves to keep learning, stay curious, and push beyond what’s expected — because staying still means falling behind.

Create Impact, Every Time : Whether it’s a meeting, a message, or a moment with a client or colleague — we show up to create value. When we lead with purpose, we leave a mark.

Own It, End-to-End : Everyone on our team has a seat at the table — and a stake in the outcome.
