Scheduling Institute is hiring a

performance-driven Inside Sales Consultant

to help private-practice healthcare businesses grow through training and systems that improve patient experience and practice performance.

This is a

full-cycle sales role , not just an order-taking position.

You will own the entire sales process: Generate → Consult → Close → Hand Off

What You’ll Do

Convert inbound marketing leads into enrolled clients

Run discovery consultations with doctors/pract owners

Execute structured outbound follow-up and pipeline generation

Re-engage past prospects and event attendees

Close qualified opportunities

Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline management

You will work both

inbound opportunities and self-generated pipeline .

Expected Earnings

Strong performers: $100K–$150K+

Top performers: $200K+
