We are currently seeking a Group Sales Manager at Miraval Berkshires. This position is responsible for driving profitable group business within the SMERF and Association segments, with a focused mandate to develop and grow the Group Leisure Travel Agency segment. This role is revenue‑accountable and forward‑looking, expanding market share within the Leisure Travel Agency segment by at least 50%, and positioning Miraval as the premier wellbeing retreat destination for intentional group travel.
Success requires strong partnership with the Director of Business Development and the Miraval Marketing team to execute targeted outreach, strengthen agency relationships, and align segment strategy with property priorities.
Reporting to the Director of Group Sales & Events, this is a full‑time salaried role within the commercial team.
Primary Objectives
Maintain balanced seasonal booking pace aligned with property priorities
Grow SMERF and Association segments with high‑intent, mission‑aligned groups
Expand the Group Leisure Travel Agency segment by 50%+ market share
Protect rate integrity while maximizing guestroom revenue

Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in 4-5 star hotel group sales
Experience within luxury, boutique, or experiential hospitality preferred
Demonstrates a growth mindset and willingness to test, learn, and refine strategy.
Strong emotional intelligence and consultative selling skills
Comfortable operating in a performance‑driven sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and systems‑oriented
Able to balance brand integrity with revenue accountability
