is a 10‑week paid Summer Internship Program that offers hands-on experience supporting real estate and facilities–related projects across our organization. Responsibilities You Will . . Real Estate Research
Communicate with branch partners to understand their real estate needs and preferences Learn and perform Excel-based analyses of key real estate financial data Learn about and use CoStar real estate management software Collect, organize, and analyze information to help identify market opportunities Lease Strategy
Learn to interpret and analyze lease documents as part of strategic real estate planning Project Management
Assist in planning and executing real estate transactions and facilities-related projects Complete review notes and action items associated with project work Learn about and use Monday.com project management software Communications
Provide clear, meaningful updates to field partners regarding project status and progress Additional Responsibilities
Support the team with data analysis, administrative tasks, and other assignments as needed Local travel may be required (up to 5%) Benefits

Learn more about Rollins careers as well as our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts on our careers page: www.careers.rollins.com Qualifications The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university All majors are welcome; an interest in financial analysis and project management is preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong client service orientation and proactive, self-starter approach Demonstrated academic achievement and engagement in extracurricular involvement Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and desire to gain professional experience Foundational understanding of project management principles Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Effective organizational, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Costar is a plus Physical Demands / Working Environment: We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks.
