Data Strategy Manager

Data Strategy Manager We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support firm‑wide initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, reporting, and execution across multiple teams. This role is well‑suited for someone who is highly analytical, comfortable working across functions, and enjoys turning ambiguous business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

You will partner closely with senior stakeholders and functional teams to help improve processes, build reporting, and drive initiatives that support the firm’s ongoing growth.

What you’ll do

Manage and execute high-priority projects from planning through implementation

Build structured analyses to support business and operational decision-making

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, reduce manual processes, and address operational bottlenecks

Identify opportunities for automation and drive implementation of workflow improvements

Build, maintain, and improve operational and performance reporting using Excel, SQL, and BI tools

Document processes and develop standard operating procedures for recurring workflows

Support analysis related to performance drivers, costs, and operational trends

Improve data quality by identifying inconsistencies, gaps, and process breakdowns
