
Global Sales Intern

The Global Sales Intern will support Tauck’s Global Sales team by assisting with trade marketing initiatives, sales communications, and performance tracking across North American and international travel advisor channels. This role offers hands‑on exposure to sales strategy, marketing measurement, and partner engagement within the travel industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with projects supporting trade marketing and sales communications strategies for North American and international agency partners
Support the implementation, tracking, and measurement of ROI on sales and marketing initiatives
Help track agent education and advisor loyalty programs to enhance engagement and participation
Assist in developing and maintaining measurement and tracking tools to support accurate reporting and insights
Compile and organize data to support analysis and decision‑making
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure initiatives are executed effectively
KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
Ability to interpret data and report key findings clearly and accurately
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
PREFERRED SKILLS & INTERESTS:
Interest in sales, marketing, or business strategy
Interest in the travel and hospitality industry
Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
