As a Marketing & Sales Intern for Alfa, you will receive a dynamic learning experience that extends beyond the stereotype of a typical internship. Qualifications
Rising Junior or Senior in a 4-year university
Computer skills and ability to learn new programs (Microsoft Office)
Team player
Ability to take and pass Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License before or at the beginning of internship (Alfa will pay for the cost)
Leadership & Professional Development Interns participate in a special session of our award-winning Leadership Academy, building self‑awareness, embracing change, implementing innovative processes, and strengthening critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. We support professional development through career guidance, resume improvement, mock interviews, and future hiring opportunities.
