Position Overview: As ourSales Manager , you’ll be the face of the store and the engine behind its success. This isn’t just about selling — it’s about leading a team, creating an unforgettable shopping experience, and turning first‑time visitors into loyal fans. We need someone who blends retail savvy with leadership charisma and has a deep appreciation for both fashion and people.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and inspire a small‑but‑mighty sales team to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service
Create a warm, welcoming, VIP‑level experience for every customer who walks through our door
Drive sales through styling, upselling, and developing local relationships
Oversee day‑to‑day floor operations, merchandising, and staff scheduling
Set and track performance goals, to identify opportunities for growth
Partner with ownership on promotions, events, and visual merchandising strategies
Stay on top of current fashion trends, resale value, and designer inventory
Handle occasional consignor inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
What You Bring:
1-3 years of experience in retail sales is not required but super helpful (luxury or boutique experience strongly preferred)
Leadership and coaching experience
Passion for fashion and sustainability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Confidence using POS systems and basic tech tools
High standards and impeccable taste
