New Product Innovation Marketing Internship

Wondercide Na, Round Rock, TX, United States

About Us Wondercide was founded in Austin, TX, when our founder, Stephanie Boone, set out to create safe, plant-powered alternatives after her dog, Luna, became ill from conventional flea and tick treatments. Fifteen years later, Wondercide has grown into a leading provider of pest control solutions for pets, families, homes, and yards – trusted by millions with 50,000+ five-star reviews on Amazon.

As a privately held, high-growth CPG company, Wondercide operates with an omnichannel presence and a vertically integrated model, handling everything from innovation and mixing to fulfillment in-house. Guided by our values of Grit, Action, Curiosity, Ownership, and Insight, we’re on a mission powered by Fierce Love®: protecting families everywhere with safe, effective solutions so they can live long, happy, and healthy lives together.

We are a growing CPG brand with a strong presence in both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and retail channels. We’re passionate about creating products our customers love and staying ahead of the competition through innovation, data-driven decision-making, and creative storytelling.

Position Overview We’re looking for a curious, thoughtful, and data-driven Marketing Intern to support our New Product Development (NPD) and Innovation team. In this role, you’ll help uncover insights that guide the creation of future Wondercide products—from early concept exploration to understanding how new products show up in the market. You’ll also gain hands‑on experience with internal frameworks such as our Opportunity Assessment process and consumer segmentation model. You’ll contribute to scrappy, fast‑cycle insight gathering and help translate consumer and market signals into tangible product or brand opportunities.
