Overview Looking to grow your skills and take a meaningful step toward your professional career goals? Wangard Partners isseekingan energetic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our Commercial Property Management and Maintenance teams as an Intern. This part-time internship will support portfolio-wide property management and maintenance initiatives, providing hands-on exposure to commercial real estate operations across Wangard-owned assets.

Essential Duties
Support portfolio-wide asset documentation projects, including compiling and organizing asset information across Wangard-owned properties.
Assistwith collecting, verifying, and documenting equipment details, serial numbers, warranties, and other pertinent maintenance-related data.
Work with Property Management and Maintenance teams to ensure asset and equipment records areaccurate, complete, and consistentlymaintained.
Refresh and update annual property information such as Quick Start Guides, tenant contact information, and billing or vendor details.
Assist Maintenance Operations with organizing preventative maintenance schedules, service contracts, and vendor documentation.
Participate in property inspections, equipment reviews, and building walks alongside Property Managers and Maintenance staff.
Provide administrative and project support for ongoing property management and maintenance initiatives, including special projects and audits.
Learn andassistwith property andmaintenancefile organization, ensuring documentation isproperly storedand accessible.

Education and Experience The following describes the ideal experience and attributes a successful candidate will offer:
Currentlyenrolled in college pursuing adegree in real estate, business, construction management, engineering,facilitiesmanagementor a related field.
Strong interest in commercial property management, facilities, or maintenance operations as a career path.
Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.
Open to learning new systems, tools, and operational processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Desire to take ownership and responsibility for workproduct.
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Physical Demands Physical demands include the ability tolift upto 30 pounds.The employee will be regularlyrequiredto sit; stand; walk; reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands; talk and hear. The employee may occasionallybe requiredto climb. The employee willbe requiredto work at a personal computer for extended periods of time.
