Job Description This is a remote position.

Location: (Hybrid / Project-based with site travel)

This role requires frequent international travel. Candidates must have the ability to travel freely to North and Latin America without visa restrictions.

Role Summary

The

Marketing Specialist – Power & Energy

supports Prismecs’ commercial and business development efforts by translating technical power and energy capabilities into clear, compelling marketing and sales materials. This role bridges

technical power knowledge

with

marketing execution , supporting proposals, presentations, digital content, and client outreach for regional and international projects.

Key Responsibilities Technical Marketing & Content Develop marketing materials for

power generation, O&M, EPC, and energy infrastructure services

Translate technical concepts into client-facing content (presentations, one-pagers, capability decks)

Support proposal visuals, technical summaries, and bid documentation

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure technical accuracy

Sales & Business Development Support Support regional and international sales initiatives

Prepare pitch decks, case studies, and project references

Assist with client research, market analysis, and opportunity tracking

Coordinate with leadership on go-to-market strategies

Digital & Brand Support Support website content, LinkedIn posts, and marketing campaigns

Maintain consistency with Prismecs branding and messaging

Track marketing performance and engagement metrics

Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Energy, or related field

3–5+ years

experience in marketing or business development within

power, energy, or industrial sectors

Strong understanding of

power generation, electrical systems, or energy projects

Excellent written and visual communication skills

Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and basic design tools

Preferred Experience supporting EPC or energy service companies

Proposal or bid support experience

English proficiency Mulitpe Laungues is a plus
