Assist in analyzing A/B test results and surfacing actionable insights to the Email and SMS Managers.

Quality Control

Conduct thorough QA/QC reviews of emails and SMS messages prior to deployment, checking for accuracy in copy, links, coupon codes, UTMs, formatting, and audience targeting.

Review all campaign setups within Emarsys (email) and Attentive (SMS) to ensure configurations are correct and complete prior to launch.

Flag and elevate any errors or inconsistencies to the appropriate manager before campaigns go live.

Content & List Management

Assist with customer list segmentation to ensure campaigns are reaching the right audiences.

Coordinate the collection of campaign assets (copy, images, offers) from internal stakeholders to keep production timelines on track.

Assist in monitoring email file list health, including deliverability and inbox placement rates.

Reporting & Administration

Support the tracking and organization of campaign performance data by pulling from platforms such as Emarsys, Attentive, Google Analytics, and internal sales databases; compile and distribute regular reports and insights to support the Email and SMS Managers.

Maintain organized records of campaign details, codes, and calendars for easy team reference.

Ensure all existing SMS, push, and email playbooks remain current and up to date, reflecting any changes to strategy, tools, processes, or campaign standards as directed by the Email and SMS Managers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets for tracking and calendaring.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
