Program Details
Duration: 10 weeks, 30 hours per week
Schedule: June 9th – August 15th
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to our Cedar Knolls, NJ office. Candidates should be within driving distance.
Paid internship open to rising juniors and above, recent graduates, veterans, and those seeking a career change.
Role As a Digital Strategy Intern, you’ll learn the art of data storytelling while working primarily with our Dermatology portfolio—spanning pharma, medical devices, and e‑commerce. You will help bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business growth, working closely with the Manager of Digital Strategy and collaborating across Analytics, Creative, and Account teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Quarterly Reporting & Analysis – Own the data entry and initial interpretation for reports across four distinct data spaces.
The “Fast Facts” – Translate charts and graphs into clear, digestible written summaries.
Insight Development – Work with managers to answer the “Why?” (e.g., Why did engagement spike? Did a Google algorithm update impact SEO?).
Multi‑Channel Audits – Review social media, websites, and email campaigns for UX, SEO, and audience segmentation best practices.
Strategic Storytelling – Help distill complex reports into logical insights that the client cares about most.
Cross‑Functional Projects – Experience the “sales meeting buildup,” ensuring all digital assets are synchronized and ready for high‑stakes presentations.
Qualifications
Data literacy – General comfort with data and light analysis skills (via coursework or certifications).
The Toolkit – Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
Curiosity – A “digital detective” mindset you enjoy digging into why things happen online.
Communication – Strong writing and collaboration skills.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Google Analytics, UX, or SEO certifications.
Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity, Moz, Semrush, or Microsoft Data.
Experience with statistics coursework.
