Job Description Provide training and support to the sales team and assist in closing deals. Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Arrange for various financing avenues and more.

Compensation $215,000 - $240,000 annually.

Responsibilities

Provide training and support to the sales team and assist in closing deals.

Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Arrange for various financing avenues.

Present customers with aftermarket.

Structure deals for maximum profitability, making credit decisions and effectively closing deals.

Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business.Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot.

Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance.

Requirements

Must have proven and verifiable work experience as an automotive Sales Manager.

Must be able to lead a team, complete follow‑up processes, analyze lead data, and strategize to maximize sales opportunities.

Auction experience is a plus.

Steady work and performance history.

Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and/or automotive sales experience is greatly valued.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Top problem‑solving skills.

Organized, detail oriented and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Must be a strong closer.

Valid driver's license.
