This team serves as the central point of engagementacross Revenue Management, Loyalty, Alliances, IT, and international partners,owning a cohesive international development plan and centralizing backenddelivery.
The International Enablement team is seeking a Sr Product Manager to drive enterprise-wide tradeoffs todeliver scalable solutions and translate business strategies into technicalroadmaps. This role will involve becoming a subject matter expert in Delta’stechnical systems as well as understanding how these systems align with ourPartner’s technical roadmaps. You will need to be able to create a cohesiveinternational strategy and generate a centralized backlog of priorities whileworking with multiple partners on alignment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute enablement strategiesthat support Delta’s international growth and partner success
Serve as a liaison between Delta and globalpartners to ensure alignment on technology integration, and customer experiencegoals
Create and own the international technicalroadmap and centralized backlog
Collaborate with Commercial and IT teams toimplement scalable solutions for international operations and partnerengagement
Evaluate enterprise-wide tradeoffs and makedecisions that optimize reliability and partner outcomes
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Intellectuallycurious, highly motivated, and willing to challenge the status quo
Cancut through ambiguity, identify solutions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Abilityto build good connections within Delta’s commercial and IT departments, as wellas with external vendors
Strongtechnical aptitude with the ability to understand and support complex systems,integrations, and data flows
Abilityto develop and own technical solutions in collaboration with commercialorganizations and IT, from ideation to implementation
Excellentwritten and verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively with alllevels of Delta’s organization
Stronganalytical and data skills
Mustbe performing satisfactorily in current position
Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embracesdiverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Isat least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
