Engagement Purpose
Partner with
Digital Product Managers across multiple digital solutions
to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex digital initiatives. The contractor acts as a
delivery integrator , ensuring product roadmaps translate into executable plans that are delivered
in-scope,
on time, on budget, to the required quality, and in line with Solenis governance .
This role does
not
own product strategy or people management. It exists to
make delivery happen .
Success Measures
Digital initiatives delivered
as planned
against agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
Clear visibility of delivery status, risks, and financials at all times.
Minimal launch issues due to proactive risk management.
Product Managers experience
reduced delivery friction
and increased execution reliability.
Stakeholders trust delivery reporting and decision inputs.
Scope of Services 1. Digital Delivery Partnership (Core)
Partner with multiple
Digital Product Managers
to translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans.
Align delivery activities across technology, data, UX, IT architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
Manage cross-solution dependencies, sequencing, and release coordination.
Act as the primary
delivery point of contact
for assigned digital initiatives.
2. Project & Initiative Execution
Plan, schedule, and coordinate delivery of multiple concurrent digital initiatives.
Track and report milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across solutions.
Drive resolution of delivery blockers through structured escalation and data-led options.
Maintain delivery cadence, governance checkpoints, and operational readiness for releases.
Where applicable, translates delivery to R&D Stage-Gate milestones and deliverables
3. Financial & Commercial Stewardship
Track delivery spends against approved CAPEX budgets.
Support source-to-pay activities including SOW scope alignment, change control, vendor onboarding, PO creation, invoice validation and Goods Receipt
Provide clear, defensible delivery cost and forecast reporting to Product and Digital Operations leadership.
4. Vendor Coordination
Coordinate external vendors and system integrators in line with agreed SOWs.
Ensure vendor deliverables align to product priorities, timelines, and quality expectations.
Highlight scope creep, delivery risk, or commercial misalignment early.
5. Governance & Ways of Working
Apply Solenis delivery governance, architecture checkpoints, and reporting standards.
Maintain delivery artefacts required for IT, Architecture, Security, and Finance oversight.
Drive consistency of delivery execution across multiple product teams without imposing unnecessary bureaucracy.
Decision Authority
Adjust delivery sequencing, timelines, and resourcing within approved scope and budget.
Recommend go / no-go decisions for releases from a
delivery readiness
perspective.
Escalate material scope, cost, or risk decisions to Digital Operations and Product Development leadership.
Required Experience
5+ years delivering digital or technology initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments.
Proven experience working
alongside Product Managers , not replacing them.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives with shared dependencies.
Strong experience with delivery financials, vendor coordination, and commercial governance.
Comfortable operating in global, distributed teams.
Tools & Working Environment
Experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Teams, SharePoint, or equivalent.
Globally connected, remote-first working model.
Occasional travel (up to ~10%) if required for key delivery milestones.
