When a client issue is ambiguous, high‐stakes, and CEO‐level, this is the team our leadership calls.We’re hiring **Strategists** at both junior and senior levels to help shape multi‐hundred‐million‐dollar pursuits across industries. Your work will influence how Capgemini shows up in the C‐suite and how we position our value on the global stage.As a Strategist, you will play a critical role in **structuring complex client problems, developing strategic hypotheses, synthesizing insights across multiple dimensions, and producing high‐quality strategic narratives and proposals**. This role is ideal for experienced strategy professionals looking to deepen their exposure to large‐scale, C‐suite‐driven deals while continuing to build their strategic judgment and executive communication skills.**Responsibilities**You’re the engine behind strategic clarity. MBA preferred,* Approximately 5 - 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy* Strong problem‐structuring and hypothesis‐driven thinking skills* Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise insights* Strong AI/GenAI maturity to drive internal and client related efficiencies* Experience supporting complex client engagements, pursuits, or transformation programs* Solid written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting structured thinking* Strong PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities for client‐facing materials* Ability to work effectively in fast‐paced, high‐stakes, and ambiguous environments* Collaborative mindset and comfort working across diverse teams and disciplines* Curiosity, drive, and a strong interest in large‐scale strategic deals and C‐suite problem solvingYou’ll have the opportunity to:* Build a network within the Capgemini Group and contribute to the education of other Business Units around practice offerings to support existing account expansion* Play a significant role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses from initial brief to final sales presentations* Nurture and expand existing account relationships* Identify potential personal business relationships that can be leveraged by the practice to develop new business* Identify potential project extension and expansion opportunities while staffed on projects* Support the development of thought leadership and innovative offerings as they relate to AI/Data Science, Digital Customer Analytics, and Operational Analytics.* Support the upskilling of the team members on topics related to Data & AnalyticsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $112,600 to $160,000Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
