dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager
to lead our U.S. market entry and drive long-term business growth.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in launching and scaling our presence in the U.S. food market—specifically within the growing demand for
gluten‑free grains and flour products .
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, including distributors, manufacturers, bakeries, and ethnic markets
Identify and secure new business opportunities across high-opportunity retail and specialty segments
Drive brand awareness and increase market share for Icon Foods products
Manage strategic accounts, including pricing, contract negotiations, and post-sale support
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales positioning and expansion strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in
sales within food, ingredients, wholesale, or distribution sectors
Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and close deals
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, excited to help build a U.S. market presence from the ground up
