Automotive Sales Manager

Red McCombs Ford is seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead a sales team and help take our dealership to the next level.

This is an opportunity to join the Number One Ford Dealership in San Antonio and South Texas.

Responsibilities:

Train, Hire, and Motivate sales team

Meet daily/monthly sales targets to achieve market leadership

Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

Keep vehicle lot clean and organized

Collaborate with F&I and other departments to maximize profitability

Maintain compliance with dealership policies

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive sales management

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
