You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued every step of the way. How you'll make an impact
Be the go-to person for your clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and day-to-day contacts, helping them navigate their insurance and risk management options.
Secure renewals, recommend additional services, and provide solutions that truly make a difference by understanding your clients' goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure every client interaction is seamless.
About You Required:
Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience
OR
High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
License required.
Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Preferred:
Experience in account management or client services, ideally in insurance or a related field.
Behaviors:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to quickly determine critical issues.
A knack for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
The ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear terms.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering results.

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
