M102477**Job Description Summary**The Lead AI Experience Designer will evolve our AI experiences by envisioning the future of Castlight AI: agentic, predictive, and able to reason and take action on behalf of the user. They will create frameworks to guide the AI implementation in various platforms - Castlight, myVera, UMC, and Care360 - through deep understanding of our ecosystem, roles, and solutions.**How will you make an impact & Requirements******Job Overview****The Lead AI Experience Designer will be a foundational member of a growing, fast-paced team of designers and researchers who are reenvisioning the Castlight platform from the ground up. You will take ownership of a critical aspect of the platform: our AI-driven experiences and the holistic AI experience strategy. A key component of this role will be staying on top of AI developments and helping the team envision the future of our platforms with AI at their core. You will play a major role in evolving our AI experiences from conversational to proactive—envisioning ways that AI can reason and take action on behalf of the user, with appropriate ethical concerns and guardrails addressed. Be a part of building a better, healthier future for employees, health plan members, and their families! ****What You’ll Do****Understand our full ecosystem of users + platforms, and work to build an AI experience strategy that solves critical problems for each type of user in their workspace.

Help to evolve our experiences from mostly conversational AI to agentic and predictive AI, embedding the technology in various workflows in ways that don’t require question/answer. Work across the design process at many levels: from the “30,000 ft” view to the interaction details that makes an experience feel sophisticated. Work with visual designers to help shape the look & feel and voice & tone of AI across platforms. Incorporate motion design and visual affordances that help the user know where AI has been applied and in what ways. Work closely with PMs and engineers to understand requirements, possibilities, and limitations of the system, and craft release plans that build towards a shared vision. Create clear documentation for AI-driven experiences so other teams and designers can work with your AI system. Stay on top of AI trends and technological advancements, ensuring that our practices are at the forefront of the industry and continuously evolving. Bring new processes, ideas, and ways of working back to the UX team and our product and engineering partners. Be a strong and positive role model and mentor for a growing design team, fostering a culture of design excellence. Chip in to other areas of work as needed. Work to stand up new practices and lead aspects of team development to create an organization that is smart, talented, and has fun working together! ****Education/Experience***** Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.* 8+ years of experience in product UX design, with a proven track record of creating successful and user-friendly products.* Expertise in Figma.* Experience designing AI experiences and using AI tools as part of your typical workflow.* Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile product development teams.* Strong understanding of design systems, user flows, and interaction design principles.* Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable design improvements.* Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.* Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and cross-platform user experiences.* Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design for complex user interactions and workflows.* Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse user groups.**Compensation:**$119,312.00to$178,968.00Mosaic Health is a national care delivery platform focused on expanding access to comprehensive primary care for consumers with coverage across Commercial, Individual Exchange, Medicare, and Medicaid health plans.
