Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence by building an efficient and effective commercial lines operation that supports high client retention, strong service delivery, and steady new‑business growth while ensuring alignment with company objectives
Lead, develop, and empower teams by modeling strong leadership, holding regular meetings to surface challenges, collaborating on solutions, and ensuring each role has clear training goals that support performance and professional growth
Support strategic business performance by participating in new‑business marketing efforts, reviewing carrier books to maximize revenue, and ensuring plans and processes are executed to achieve organizational targets
Qualifications
Education & Licensing: BA/BS required; active Insurance Producer License
Core Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; strong organization and attention to detail; solid financial and risk‑assessment capabilities
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with clients, internal support teams, community partners, and company stakeholders
Additional Information This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $160K to 200K per year.
