$33-$35/hr Description: The Communications Coordinator will support strategic communications initiatives for a nonprofit foundation focused on vision care and community impact in North America. This part-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative professional who enjoys copywriting, graphic design, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: Draft and edit presentations and speeches tailored to internal and external stakeholders Develop marketing and promotional materials for campaigns and initiatives Provide graphic design and copywriting support for creative projects Coordinate signage, giveaways, and collateral for Foundation events Support cross-functional communications across indirect programming, direct programming, and giving/development functions Assist in maintaining consistent messaging and brand alignment Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; college juniors/seniors currently pursuing these disciplines will also be considered 1–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related function preferred Strong copywriting and content development skills, with experience crafting messaging for diverse audiences and communication channels Graphic design proficiency (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools); graphic design experience is a strong plus Solid project management and xsgimln organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives Excellent attention to detail Benefits that Russell Tobin offers: Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
