Company: A well-established property management firm with 50+ communities nationwide is seeking an experienced Property Manager for their Houston area team
Property: Class A, ~300 units, in Humble, TX
Requirements 3+ years of experience in the apartment property management industry Comfortable using Multifamily software (ex., Real Page, MRI, Yardi, Knock, etc.) Experience managing teams
Compensation + Benefits $85,000+ base salary + performance bonus 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision/FSA Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Ongoing training, leadership development, and certification opportunities
