A public education institution seeks a Senior Executive Director of Employee Relations and Benefits to oversee district-wide employee relations functions and benefits programs. This role requires strong leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of five years in administration. A Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred.
