Lead Electrician – Low Voltage
Location: Wharton, NJ (Full relocation assistance is available)
Compensation: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

They are currently seeking a Lead Electrician, Low Voltage to join their team in Wharton, NJ. This position is ideal for a skilled electrician who enjoys problem‑solving in an industrial setting and can take ownership of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance while guiding other electricians in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Perform layout, installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and telecommunications systems that power machines, equipment, lighting, and facilities.
Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical and telecommunication systems.
Provide maintenance and technical support to ensure uninterrupted operation of essential electrical equipment.
Partner with other electricians to install and commission electrical systems.
Provide guidance to team members and assist with installation and repair work as needed.
Support work that may extend to high voltage electrical and instrumentation circuits.
Qualifications
Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial electrical and telecommunication systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical theory and the ability to set up and organize work tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage diverse electrical responsibilities across projects.
Must be available for emergency calls or job assignments on a 24‑hour basis when required.
Valid New Jersey driver’s license required.
Education High School diploma or Vocational School diploma (or equivalent). Minimum of two years of formal training in the electrical field, including NEC code review classes.
Compensation and Benefits
