We are seeking a highly analytical, creatively driven

Performance Creative Strategist

to accelerate growth across our DTC website channel. This role offers strategy, creative direction, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and affiliate/creator growth across the full customer journey — from first impression to repeat purchase.

This position does not manage paid media buying. Instead, you will be the strategic engine behind what customers see, hear, and respond to — partnering closely with the Director of Marketing (who oversees paid acquisition) to ensure creative, messaging, offers, and affiliate partnerships are engineered to convert and retain.

You must be equally comfortable in performance dashboards and creative brainstorms — someone who can translate data into insight and insight into revenue.

What You’ll Own:

Data & Strategic Vision

Creative Roadmap:

Design and lead full-funnel creative strategy across acquisition and retention.

Offer Strategy:

Develop compelling, conversion-driven offers that increase CTR, CVR, AOV, and LTV and decrease CAC, CPO.

Full-Funnel Messaging:

Direct visual and copy strategy across Ads (creative only), Scripts, Landing Pages, and Retention flows.

Campaign Architect:

Determine which creative concepts to launch, iterate, and scale.

Post-Mortem Analysis:

Deconstruct win/loss data to uncover the “why” behind performance.

Testing Frameworks:

Build structured testing hypotheses to lower CPA and increase LTV.

Trend Awareness:

Stay ahead of wellness and consumer trends to keep creative differentiated and current.

Partner with Brand, Creative, Paid Media, and Operations teams to align performance and identity.

Own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and retention initiatives.

Turn performance insights into clear, actionable creative briefs.

Create strong feedback loops between paid media, affiliates, and creative to accelerate learning.

Drive measurable impact on CVR, AOV, LTV, repeat purchase rate, and overall website revenue.

What We’re Looking For

4–6+ years in DTC, eCommerce, performance marketing, or growth roles.

Proven ability to scale revenue through creative strategy and lifecycle marketing.

Experience building and managing affiliate or creator programs.

Strong analytical skills — fluent in performance metrics, cohort analysis, attribution, and unit economics.

Experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo preferred).

Ability to balance brand storytelling with disciplined, data-led execution.

Clear communicator who can align internal teams and external partners around growth objectives.
