Senior Architectural Designer
to join a fast-growing team working on a
large-scale, multi-billion-dollar hospitality and entertainment development in Queens, NY . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project that will transform the local landscape and become a major destination. Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed architectural drawings and documentation using
Revit . Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions. Participate in project phases including
concept design, design development, and construction
documentation . Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure technical accuracy and design integrity. Assist in mentoring and supporting junior team members. Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Architecture . 5–8 years of architectural experience , preferably on large-scale commercial or hospitality projects. Strong proficiency in Revit
is required. Solid understanding of
building codes, zoning regulations, and construction detailing . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a
