Phoenix, AZ 85040 | In‑Office | Full‑Time Compensation
$80,000–$100,000 annual salary based on experience
Commission opportunities
Performance bonuses
$2,500 sign‑on bonus paid after 90 days
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret commercial and residential new construction blueprints
Perform complete and accurate material takeoffs
Calculate square footage, linear footage, and system requirements
Prepare and submit detailed roofing estimates
Stay current on roofing material pricing and market trends
Maintain strong working relationships with distributors
Collaborate with contractors and internal teams
Manage multiple bids and timelines efficiently
Required Experience
Minimum 5+ years of roofing estimating experience
Strong blueprint reading and full takeoff experience
Experience estimating roofing systems including:
Tile
Shingle
Foam
Fluent with current roofing distributors and sourcing processes
Up to date on market pricing and material availability
Proficient in estimating platforms such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Procore, BuildingConnected, ConstructConnect, and Bid Board
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF tools)
