Overview A top-tier boutique investment bank is seeking an experienced High Yield Sales professional to join its growing institutional sales platform. The role will focus on high-yield and select equity products across E&P, shipping, offshore, energy services, and renewables, working closely with trading, banking, and research to deliver differentiated ideas to institutional clients.

Responsibilities
Market and distribute high-yield and select equity products to institutional investors
Develop and maintain deep relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, and other institutional accounts
Provide clients with timely market color, trade ideas, and relative value analysis
Collaborate with trading, research, and investment banking teams to align sales strategy with deal flow
Actively contribute to growing the firm’s presence across energy, shipping, offshore, and renewables
Support new issue execution and secondary market activity
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in institutional sales covering High Yield and/or Equity Markets
Proven track record of client coverage and revenue generation
Strong understanding of energy and industrial subsectors, including E&P, shipping, offshore, energy services, and renewables
Familiarity with Private Credit markets is a plus
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a boutique environment
