Responsibilities

Consultative Relationship Building: Engaging customers through personalized questions to identify their financial goals and provide tailored product solutions.

Loan Pipeline Management: Proactively sourcing and closing consumer lending products, including home equity, auto, and personal loans, through networking and cross-selling.

Operational Excellence: Mastering banking transactions, cash drawer management, and documentation to ensure strict adherence to legal and industry standards.
