Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead property showings, host engaging open houses, and conduct comprehensive buyer consultations
Act as the main point of contact between buyers and sellers (or listing agents) to keep transactions smooth and on track
Support clients throughout the full home‑buying process—from budgeting and financing options to navigating the mortgage journey
Consistently follow up with and convert pre‑qualified and warm leads by identifying their goals and connecting them with ideal properties
Prepare, review, and manage all critical transaction paperwork, including buyer agency agreements, purchase contracts, closing disclosures, deeds, and lease agreements
Offer knowledgeable guidance on local market conditions, trends, and strategic purchasing decisions
Help buyers craft and submit compelling, competitive offers
Negotiate contracts skillfully to achieve favorable terms and successful closings
Provide a seamless, five‑star client experience from the first consultation through closing day
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, maintain timely follow‑up, and remain adaptable with scheduling—including evenings and weekends when needed
Foster long‑term client relationships through proactive communication and personalized, attentive service
Qualifications
Hold an active South Carolina Real Estate License (required)
Maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation for client appointments and property showings
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Buyer’s Agent or in a similar real‑estate position
Demonstrate a consistent track record of successful real‑estate sales
Possess strong knowledge of the Charleston market and surrounding areas
Stay informed on current local market trends and housing conditions
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in both written and verbal interactions
Build and maintain lasting client relationships through trust and consistent follow‑up
Utilize strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable results for clients
Effectively manage, nurture, and convert leads into closed transactions
Remain highly organized, self‑driven, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service
Be available to work 40–50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
