Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role based in Ocean Springs, MS, with opportunities for both in-office and remote work. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties aligned with their needs and preferences. Your daily tasks will include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, liaising between buyers and sellers, managing real estate transactions, and staying informed about the latest market trends and property listings. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships are key aspects of this role. Qualifications
Experience in sales, negotiation, and building client relationships Knowledge of real estate practices, legal regulations, and local property markets Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Real estate license active in Mississippi or willingness to obtain one before employment Proficiency in using digital tools or platforms for client management, research, and online listings Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed
