Role Description This is a full-time, remote role with on-site access for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, located in southern California. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, staying informed about the local real estate market, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. As a part of West Shores Realty, agents will also participate in training programs and collaborate with a team of real estate professionals.

Qualifications

Active Real Estate License to operate within California

Strong knowledge of Real Estate practices, including sales and transactions

Experience with Real Property management and related processes

Proven skills in Customer Service and client relations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities

Self-motivation with strong time management skills

Familiarity with the Southern California real estate market is a plus

Proficiency with real estate software and tools is preferred
