Role Description: We are looking for a hungry Loan Originator who wants to build a book of business, close deals, and earn at a high level. This is a full-time, on-site role in Jersey City, NJ. The Loan Originator will be responsible for:
Sourcing and closing new loan opportunities through outbound and inbound deal flow
Prospecting investors, developers, brokers, and deal sources
Structuring loan terms, pricing deals, and issuing quotes
Managing borrowers from first call to funding
Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business
Base Salary + Commission with a structured waterfall payout system that rewards volume and performance
Uncapped Earnings — top performers can build a six-figure income, with total compensation exceeding $250,000 annually
