The Residential Real Estate Agent will assist clients in finding rental properties that meet their needs and preferences while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, showing properties, negotiating lease terms, and providing guidance through the leasing process. The role also involves networking, market research, and staying informed about residential real estate trends in the area.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License and competency in Residential Real Estate transactions
Knowledge of Real Estate markets and experience in New Home rentals
Proficiency in rentals practices and techniques
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Familiarity with the New York City Metropolitan Area real estate market
Self‑motivation, organization, and the ability to work independently
