Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Representative located in Miami, FL. The Admissions Representative will engage with prospective students to provide information regarding the institute’s programs, assist with enrollment questions, guide applicants through the admissions process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role involves maintaining records accurately, coordinating with academic departments, and fostering positive relationships with prospective and current students. Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills Organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience handling administrative tasks Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships Familiarity with student admissions processes and related regulations is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and database entry; experience with CRM systems is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines High ethical standards and commitment to student success Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
