I’m currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support and service a large book of personal lines clients. The role focuses on client service, policy changes, renewals, and retention, while producers handle most new business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and service a high-volume personal lines book (auto, home, renters, umbrella, boat, flood, life, etc.)
Handle client calls, policy updates, endorsements, renewals, and coverage questions
Support producers with renewal servicing and client retention
Process policy downloads and updates through carrier systems
Requirements
Active NC Property & Casualty license
4+ years of personal lines insurance experience
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in agency management systems
Strong client service and communication skills
