Qualifications
2+ years of multifamily leasing experience required
Strong customer service and sales skills
Ability to motivate and train team members in leasing, marketing, and collections
Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel (Entrata experience preferred)
Strong communication skills with professional written correspondence
Positive attitude, problem‑solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Support interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training office staff
Drive occupancy goals through effective leasing and marketing strategies
Monitor and support rent collections and delinquency standards
Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and administrative tasksMaintain professional presentation of staff, office, and community
Provide outstanding resident service by responding promptly to requests and concerns
