Job Description Leadership and craftsmanship are key to success in this role. We’re looking for a foreman with experience installing windows, doors, and siding, as well as building decks. The more competency you show in these trades, the more you can earn. We have both hourly and piece‑rate projects to help you maximize your earnings.

As the Foreman you will set standards, ensure quality, and coach your team. Most projects are residential homes 2 stories or less, located in or within 30 minutes of Columbia. Consistent work keeps you busy year‑round.

Job Requirements

Able to run the crew and be accountable for efficiency and craftsmanship.

A strong leader who can organize daily work, manage the crew, and also be hands‑on to ensure the best possible end product.

Experience building decks (preferred, not required).

Experience installing vinyl, LP SmartSide, and James Hardie siding.

Experience replacing windows, soffit, and fascia.

At least 5 years of measurable experience in exterior renovation.

Able to teach others and help them grow and improve their installation methods.

Able to organize your team each day and communicate with the office daily on what is happening in the field.

Must be able to work typical hours of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding as needed.

Valid Driver’s License.

Clean driving record.

Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
