Salary:
$110,000 – $150,000+ DOE
About The Role We’re hiring a
Traveling Superintendent
with strong
ground‑up and tilt‑wall construction experience
for high‑impact commercial projects ($10M–$20M). Based in
near an airport , this role travels to job sites nationwide and is ideal for experienced leaders looking for long‑term stability with a
tight‑knit, people‑first team culture .
What You’ll Do
Lead field operations across multiple states
Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and quality control
Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of $10M–$20M commercial projects
Drive safety compliance, site logistics, and daily operations
Communicate effectively with owners, PMs, and design teams
Maintain accurate field reporting and site documentation
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Strong tilt‑wall and ground‑up construction background
Proven leadership on multi‑million‑dollar job sites
No job hoppers – we want someone seeking a long‑term home
OSHA 30 and knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
Ability to work on the road and return home monthly
