Role Description
We are seeking a full‑time Sales Design Consultant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this on‑site role, you will meet with clients to understand their storage and design needs, provide expert recommendations, and create innovative and functional design solutions. You will also be responsible for presenting product options, generating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire design and installation process. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a passion for design are essential in this role. Qualifications
Customer Service skills, including the ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional client experiences Proven Sales skills, demonstrating the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Background in Interior Design, with creativity and attention to detail in design projects Knowledge of Furniture and Furnishings, understanding material and layout considerations Strong organizational and project management abilities Experience using design software or willingness to learn (e.g., CAD tools) Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently to meet deadlines Previous experience in the custom design or home improvement industry a plus
