Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Real Estate Agent. As a Real Estate Agent at NextHome Midwest, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties within the Madison, WI market and surrounding areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients, conducting property showings, negotiating transactions, and navigating the complexities of real estate processes. You will leverage market knowledge to provide strategic advice and deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License to practice in Wisconsin
Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, along with a solid understanding of the local property market
Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to effectively communicate with and support clients
Proficiency in technology and digital tools used in the real estate industry
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in negotiation and handling real estate transactions is a plus
Reliable transportation for property visits and meetings
